Background
Bob is the sole owner of Athletic Performance Training, LLC. He taught and coached lacrosse at Waynflete School for 25 years, retiring in 2012. Since then he’s been training individual athletes and working for several club lacrosse teams in Maine. He also specializes in lacrosse skill development and training.
